Fjord is pleased to be supporting a leading eCommerce services provider to hire a talented Internal Recruiter; this role will take ownership for the full 360 recruitment process across the UK, with plans to increase scope into Europe. With headquarters in Texas and operations across North America and Europe, this is the perfect opportunity to gain international exposure, working with a diverse set of stakeholders.
In this role, you will report into the Head of HR and be responsible for all recruitment initiatives, from job spec creation to sourcing, interviewing, talent pipelining and offer management. These skills mean that we need someone prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, yet still hold a high degree of accuracy.
You must previously have worked in a highly-technical environment, recruiting hard-to-fill roles quickly - the speed of your hire will be integral to business project success.
You must demonstrate excellent sourcing capabilities, and show us how you use LinkedIn, head-hunting, job boards and other innovations to find candidates. Additionally, any experience leveraging social media to enhance employer value proposition would be highly desirable.
We are looking for a pro-active, solutions-orientated individual, with the ability to take on volume work and still deliver. You will be polished and professional and committed to excellence. Your stakeholder engagement and management skills will be first-rate.
The position is based in Basingstoke (although home-based initially due to covid) and would require travel to the Southampton and London sites as needed, i.e., meeting with hiring managers.
