Fjord Management are working in partnership with a business based in Kent, that are proudly listed in ‘The Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For’, to help recruit an experienced HR Advisor.
Reporting to an HR Business Partner and working as part of a team of 3 supporting a client group of 1,500, you will be responsible for generalist HR activities across a diverse group of stakeholders.
On a daily basis you will be responsible for managing complex employee relations caseloads through to completion. It is essential you possess this experience. You will also get involved in the performance management cycle, including specialist projects relating to reward, health and wellbeing, and GDPR.
This role is best suited to someone who can adapt style and approach depending on the client group they are dealing with. This is a diverse organisation which will give you the opportunity to really use the breadth of your HR experience.
Someone from an insurance, retail or hospitality background would be very interesting to talk to, but we are open to applicants from all industries.
