We then take all chosen candidates through our carefully structured process built around a structured, scored interview designed to identify the relevant knowledge, experience, skills, aptitude and attitude. We provide you with a clear, concise recommendation on each candidate and will support you through the remainder of the hiring and induction process.
Six months after the recruitment we will follow up to assess how the candidate is performing relative to our shared expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement so we carefully review any variance from our predictions and will use this to refine our approach.
